Asperup Church
The old church in Asperup dates from app. year 1180. It is not often, that a village church can be dated so precisely, but when the church was renovated in the 1980’s a wooden window frame was found. A scientific examination revealed the wood dated from 1170, and the church dates most likely from 1180.
In the church choir a copy of the former old church is shown: a small building in roman style with choir and apses.
